Birthdays and Get Togethers

Our facility is able to be rented for organized get togethers for a minimum of 2 hours on Saturdays between 2-4:00 or 5-7:00 and Sundays between 12 - 2:00 and 3-5:00.

Duration: 2 hours

**All parties will have 2 instructors and up to 24 participants. If you need more participants email or call us. A third instructor can be added to increase participants up to 36 for a $60 upcharge.
 

$150 an hour ($300 for a standard 2 hour party)

• 1-24 participants (only counts children participating in guided activities)

• ​2 instructors running 2 separate guided activities simultaneously. 2 instructors allow for our entire facility to be open to your party while no children are not directly supervised. It also allow for age-appropriate activities for all participants (party can have a younger age group and older age group). 

• 45 minutes of guided activities / hour (90 minutes for a 2-hour party)

• Activities will be specifically tailored to meet the interests and needs of the host party. ​​

All Parties:

• Staff will setup tables for up to 24 participants.

• Food and Drink must be provided by host party and will not be provided by gym.

• Black Tablecloths will be provided

• Clean up and disposal of trash will be provided by staff at end of party.

• Activities will be tailored to meet the interests of host party. Often activities will include obstacle courses, dodge ball, relay races, blaze pod challenges, soccer etc. 

• ***There will be no "free" play during get togethers for safety of participants and respect for equipment. 

• Typical setup of parties has been 45 minutes of guided activity, 30 minutes of eating and/or presents etc. followed by 45 minutes of guided activity.

• We truly aim to have these parties be a memorable and unique experience for each family. We are generally flexible with requests and look forward to the opportunity to host your event!
